| First run with my replacement phone. The Samsung upstage died due to a run in the rain. Plus, it was completely unreliable from a gps standpoint. I purchased the LG Musiq or LG 570 from Sprint yesterday on the advice of Bim Active. They gave it top billing for gps reliability and accuracy for all the current Sprint phones. The Sanyo models ranked 2nd and 3rd in their top 3 so they are good units as well.

Notes
First long run with my new phone – the LG Musiq or LG 570. I ran last night for 3 miles but unfortunately the BIM Active application disappeared at some point. I was switching back and forth between the music player on the phone and Bim active so perhaps I hit a button that ended the run by accident. It didn't prompt me, I know that much! This run I just kept the phone lid closed and didn't use the music player and it worked great.

don’t tell me you didn’t get an iphone
Ha! No, the iPhone just isn’t doing it for me yet. Even though it is brilliant it has many areas where it’s weaker than my current 6 month old phone in terms of functionality. Who wants to pay $500 or $600 for less than?
